The deep melodies of the horsehead fiddles, under the moonlight, convey the passion and tenderness of the grassland people. The Grassland Welcoming Wine: The Mongolian people are known for their warm hospitality. The most distinguished guests are welcomed with the highest-grade silver bowls and hada (a traditional Mongolian ceremonial scarf). Guests are considered friends only after they have been treated with respect. As a guest, you should take the wine bowl with both hands, dip it in your ring finger, and make a gesture towards the sky, earth, and deities, symbolizing respect for heaven, earth, and the divine. Then, drink it all in one go. If you cannot drink, you can touch your lips to indicate that you have accepted the host's pure friendship.
