Itinerary

Day 1 - Fly to Chengdu

Accommodation: Chengdu Tianfu Joyhub Cheer Hotel 5* (Airport Branch) or equivalent

Day 2 - Flight from Chengdu to Nyingchi - Gala Village (Peach Blossom)

Take morning flight from Chengdu to Nyingchi. Visit the Gala Peach Blossom Valley, located southeast of Nyingchi County between Gala Village and Daze Valley. This area is renowned for its natural wild peach forests. The peach blossoms bloom at the end of March, when the chill still lingers, making the delicate flowers appear especially charming against the snowy mountains. — Accommodation: Nyingchi Hilton Hotel (5 star) or equivalent

Day 3 - Nyingchi - Sejila Pass - Lulang Forest - Guxiang Lake - Ranwu

Cross the Sejila Mountain Pass , and enjoy a distant view of the easternmost and most beautiful peak of the Himalayas, Namjagbarwa. Explore the Lunang Forest. In Tibetan, Lunang means Dragon King Valley. Afterwards, you will arrive at Ranwu. — Accommodation: Zichen Boyue Hotel (4 star) or equivalent

Day 4 - Ranwu - Laigu Glacier - Bome

Visit the Laigu Glacier. It is the source of the Parlung Tsangpo, with meltwater flowing into Ranwu Lake. The lake is surrounded by dense virgin forests and several traditional Tibetan villages, including Meixi, Yalong, Ruojiao, Dongga, Xiongjia, and Niuma Glacier. Among these, the Yalong Glacier is the most spectacular. In the evening, drive to Bomi. — Accommodation: Hengxin Zangwang Hotel (4 star) or equivalent

Day 5 - Bome Peach Blossom Valley - Lulang Township - Nyingchi

The Peach Blossom Valley in Bomi becomes the centerpiece of spring, graced by a sea of blooming flowers. The peak blossom period runs from late March to mid-April, when the valley is filled with peach blossoms swaying in the breeze, creating a scene that is both romantic and breathtaking, especially against the backdrop of distant snow-capped mountains. Then, head to Nyingchi, where the warm, humid climate and lush vegetation create a stark contrast with the snow-covered plateau, making it a truly enchanting destination. — Accommodation: Nyingchi Hilton Hotel (5 star) or equivalent

Day 6 - Nyingchi - BasongTso Lake - Lhasa

Explore Basum Tso, the lake sits at an elevation of over 3,700 meters and is often compared to the picturesque lakes and mountains of Switzerland. Basum Tso is a sacred lake and holy site of the Nyingma School of Tibetan Buddhism. On the island in the lake stands Cuozong Temple, a Nyingma temple with a history dating back over 1,500 years, to the era of the Tibetan kings. Day 7 - Potala Palace - Jokhang Temple - Barkhor Street Tibetan Costume Photography

Visit the Potala Palace, the world's highest palace that combines palaces, castles, and temples into one. The Jokhang Temple is one of the most splendid surviving buildings from the Tubo period. Afterward, explore the Barkhor Street and its free market, where you can admire the ancient Tibetan architecture and observe the local Tibetan way of life. Day 8 - Lhasa - Yamdrok Lake - Lhasa

In the eyes of Tibetans, yamdrok lake resembles a turquoise earring scattered by a goddess among the peaks. With an elevation of 4441 meters, the lake's water is crystal clear and smooth as a mirror. — Accommodation: Intercontinental Lhasa Paradise (5 star) or equivalent

Day 9 - Lhasa - Chengdu Tianfu International Airport

The next morning, fly to Chengdu. With wonderful memories, you will return to the warmth of home.
